scammed for $53

Hi,
This is a long story. Basically Durkio was selling SP gold via Paypal, and he said $2.5 per bill if you bought more than 40b, I agreed to buy his 63b stock. He played around with me, we went back and fourth i sent him payments through Paypal, he kept saying on hold, and he refunded me twice. Then he went and said send it to my private Paypal, I did. when I sent the payment, he said it was on hold, I said refund me, he said yes and he said no it won't work my account is of negative balance. He said open a dispute, then I did but I closed it he said it may work, if you close it, it's up to you.

I think his account on Paypal was 100% of negative balance, before I sent that $53 payment, because why else would Paypal take out your money aswell, as the buyers money when in a dispute. He had a negative balance and he never ever showed me a screenshot of his personal account, before I sent the money. So basically, I cannot get my $53.08 at all back, and now hes gone off discord and keeps saying ill sort it out and refund you, but I don't have funds in my account etc. Now, he said he never went to bank because he's getting his car repaired. It's ok, please ban him. I think he needed a payday to fulfil his negative balance. I will post proof now.

He is Durkio on discord, I am the other user. In simple terms, he baited me for $53, which I cannot get back. He kept refunding me the money I sent. Then he said try to send me the money again but on my private Paypal. When I sent the money to his private PayPal. He said the money is on hold, it must be my bank or something. Then he said open a dispute, which I did as he couldn't refund it. He then said his balance is on negative on PayPal. When I closed the dispute, his balance went to $0.44, so that means I've basically paid my money to fix his negative balance, which he says he never had a negative balance before the transaction. I have not received my SP gold either, I've lost out on $53. He said, he would go to his bank and put some money in to give me back my $53, but he hasn't and it's been 20 hours. I talked to him on discord and he said he was busy and couldn't go to the bank and he would ring PayPal in 40 minutes, he still hasn't and it looks like I won't be able to get my money back at all from him. - You and him confirming on you buying 63b SP gold from him.
- His Discord ID and somewhere where he confirmed his Discord ID

I went on his thread, he put up his discord ID:, and I added him, we also agreed on increments, as seen there, as middleman wasn't available aswell. However I have been short-changed.

I told him not to close it and to be patient and he did it anyways I even said I will refund him the money or pay him the gold once I spoke to paypal because I was busy earlier and I literally just messaged him saying that paypal is reviewing all the transactions because we kept refunding money back and forth so many times and I just logged onto my sythe and this kid writes this I told him I would refund idk what is wrong with him. I even said that paypal allows me to refund to him but I want to see why they took an extra $50 from my account first

 

why would I refund his money 3 times if I was trying to scam. I also did not say I would put in money in my bank to pay him. I already have funds in my bank to pay him. I told him I will go to the bank to deposit checks and while I do that I will speak to my bank to see if the money was on hold because of my bank. im on my phone so I cant upload photos onto thread if you can give me your email ill send you screenshots of me telling him not to cancel dispute. I even did what he asked when he told me to message paypal and everything. I think hes just freaking out I don't blame him but I told him to just be patient. I admit that I never ended up going to the bank and I told him that. ive been communicating with him since the incident and we stopped talking for an hour and he says im a scammer .

 

I refunded his money twice, the 2nd time I told him to put in a dispute and they will take it out on their own which is what happened. so the third time we tried again and the money was still on hold so I told him to put in a dispute the same exact way so he can get his money back right away again, and then when he made the dispute my account went to negative $50 im not sure why but I told him to leave the dispute its fine ill try to figure it out even though my balance was negative now. but then he cancels dispute and my balance goes to .44 cents and for somer reason I was missing $50 which is why I told him to wait until I figure out why and I will refund him even if I had to take money out of my bank. if I wanted him to just pay for a negative balance why wouldn't I just tell him to send to my paypal with a negative balance the first time? doesn't make any sense. im waiting for paypal to call me back they put me in line on the call list so I will keep you updated

totally forgot that paypal said they were calling in 2 hours , I got a missed call from out of state and don't usually pick it up. but ill talk to zeddy and come to some sort of conclusion so Im able to use the market again

 

Well there's already enough proof to ban you for ban evading. I'm simply offering you a chance to atleast pay this back. I'm giving you around 12 hours to do so.

kid fucked it up for hisself couldn't even wait until paypal called him back they told him they were investigating what a shame. if I wanted to scam he would've been blocked a long time ago

You're the kid dude, I hope you enjoy your ban mate, and hope you never scam other people, you fucked up not me, ban evading prick. So yes it was intentional, the proof's there, first of you lied saying PayPal issues gave you negative balance and didn't know where my money went, you left clear evidence behind that you lied. You know what all you scammers have in common?, you're never clean you always have dirt on you, and that dirt is always correlated to a finding by a person.

The moderators find out you ban evaded, I found out you scam and you had the nerve to try to scam more off me and lied and wanted someone to pay off your debt, did you even have Soulplay gold at all?, and nice tabs open is that your other PayPal accounts that you use to scam people and bait them. Don't worry lad your time is coming, you're depicted as a cunt and always will be one. Enjoy being a contemptuous person all your life, we'll see where you get in life.

What do you have to say for yourself??, now that I've shown proof you lied about the negative balance.

 

User is banned for scamming and ban evading @Damewest / @M0nstaKody / @El Guapo. I'm extremely sorry for your loss @zeddy786. Thank you for the report though.
And just a heads up @zeddy786 if someone tells you it's on hold again or whatever crap just give up on trading him the first time it's refunded. If it doesn't work the first time, it won't work the 4th time aswell.
