@Wortel I did not admit to anything because I really am not billy cane, as I stated before my email has been compromised in the past. I realize the bans are ip based, but I will inform you it turns out billy cane was my sibling. I no longer live with them and whatever happened with all that. He used my paypal for runescape related transactions 2 years ago which lead to countless charge backs I've already taken care of myself and I have no idea what he is responsible for on this site, however since he used my email I will take responsibility for his actions if you would just link me to the appropriate threads in question.

You might want to stop using VPN's aswell for your dispute threads, because eventually they will be denied.
