Basbassibas account locked

I bought account from guy Selling Selling 07 Maxed Combat Lvl 118& 07 Ranger pure Lvl 49 ($90) He had sythe.org account too, but i cant find it now.

Account owner is Basbassibas, but his last seen in this website is 2017 Feb. I cant contact with him through Skype or Facebook or his gold shop. I dont know where he's gone, but i need help from him.

Account is now locked.

Yeh.. Was trying long time to reach him via skype long time. His goldshop is unactive its look's like he's gone from this world

 

@aurimass1993 I've tried to contact him on Facebook and that's the final thing I could do. Other than that I've put a DNT to his account so that once he ever returns he has some answering to do. Though why did you aim this report towards him? He might be the original owner but it seems more obvious to me that @stpkingrs recovered the account than @basbassibas did.

 

Bumping this thread once again to receive an answer from @aurimass1993. Why is this report aimed at @basbassibas instead of @stpkingrs?

 

Because account is locked, its not stolen. And basbassibas is original owner, who only know all info and i need him not stpkingrs.

2 months ago or so i was pming moderators of this site to ask what to do in this situation when i cant contact the original owner. I got answer create thread in this section. This was the last chance to get contact with him. I dont ask to put DNT or something, i only was hoping that it will help to get contact with him.

P.S Password never was changed by anyone. I was playing it over 1 years with no problems.

 

If your email is set to the account just click "forgot your password" then press yes to the email

 

Thanks for your help but, it's direct's you to recover test when account is locked. Email with one was set is deleted and you cannot do like this.

 

I've tried to tag him - which should have gotten him an email, though no response. I have contacted him on Facebook - which should email aswell, no response too. That's about all I can do. My thought here is to keep him DNT until he returns so this is the first thing he'll get to once he does, though I'll discuss that with a few more moderators. For now I'm closing this - if there's any updates I'll let you know. I'm sorry for your loss though.
