    As long as they are vouching on the correct thread, we cannot stop them as there's no rule in place for it; Also extra gold/coupon for a vouch isn't against the rules either.

    They cannot report the customer if they don't, we don't get involved, but if it's offered, it's fine--> they are not buying a vouch, it's not a fake vouch, it's an incentive to vouch
