Banned for Ban Evading?

I was banned for ban evading was linked the report in ban reason but I am not ban evading.. Everything posted there was substantial..

the account im selling is my personal account That has higher stats then the guys berserker pure listed.. especially considering mine isnt a zerker pure..

join date matches up with ban date? i just joined like a week or 2 ago after someone in my barbarian assault clan told me about the site (after about a month of browsing and buying gold) Kadabras was banned in like what august?

ip audit match? i use the computer at my work which is on a network, my cell phone sometimes even the library or on my personal computer.. i guarantee my ip matched more then just that person that was banned some of the people my ip matched with are probably still not banned..

I dont mind requesting a pardon at all. but I am truly not Kadabras would do pretty much anything to prove that I am not because I'm not.. But i dont think I should be banned for something that I didnt do. literally nothing links me to him/her except the possibility of the ip match, which you should know better then anyone that it isn't always 100% factual. I only joind this site because someone in my ba clan mentioned that they used to do torsos for people and would make decent 07 gp from it especially considering 1m/hr is considered good >> is there really nothing I can do? I am still in the process of finishing up someones torso which banned or not I will still honor my part since he has already paid. but I need to know what i can do besides admitting to something that I never did.. i joind months after he was banned...

 

We don't need to tell you what links you to Kadabras, we know it does. Eventually we're the court here and I'm saying this ban is non-disputable. You must request a pardon.

 

if I request a pardon wouldn't I have to admit I am him though... and refund whatever it is he scammed?? I have only been on this site for like 2 weeks... and currently it is not worth paying back god knows what for such a short time lived on sythe.. unless its only like 10mill or something I would rather just cut my losses. :/

 

Your ban was confirmed by 3 moderators so I'm quite sure we're right here. Besides that it took you literally a second to file a dispute thread so you obviously know your way around on the forum.

i knew of pardons/disputes but how i found the sections was the report against me. in it was a link of Kadabras pardon.. and the rest was self explanitory..
