[APPROVED/REVIEW] IP Audit QOL

This seems like a great addition, support tbh

 

Don't think I'll actually care for it enough myself but I can see for you plebs why it'd be a nice addition, support.

 

There are some other things I suggested when Richard and Govind were burning through the bug tracker which were never done that I would like to see too:

IDs next to the name so we can see which profiles were made first (without having to hover over or click each individual profile to see this) - was helpful in determining patterns especially if people made profiles one day after another and kept getting banned as it made it a lot more obvious that they were vading and it was a home IP match / not a VPN etc

IP matches with unregistered posts (if I were banned and posted in the dispute section as UnRegYousuck on my IP then UnRegYousuck would appear on my audit ) - this was helpful in finding vaders/etc when they posted disputes for previous profiles and so on while on a new IP if the moderator didn't check whether or not their dispute matched an existing profile, found quite a few this way

 

This is an excellent point, it would also prevent reporting pardoned users

 

This would be great everywhere apart from the Personal Support thread. I know people like to comment there anonymously sometimes and it could be flagged up as a match, letting you figure out who posted it.

 

That too although fortunately there seems to be less of that anyways, however just because they were pardoned once doesn't mean they weren't later rebanned so it could be an issue as well

Ya i'm sure there's something they could do to prevent that however on the old site they did match even in the personal support section so with any luck that would not be the case this time around

 

I like this idea, support. Would save a bunch of time trying to find the bad boys.

Support this, makes a lot of sense instead of opening 30+ pages haha

Throwing support as well, don't have a new reason why, but it is a good idea.

 

really like this idea. I personally ip audit everyone before trading with them just to make sure. This would save me loads of time.

 

Bumping this, would make our lives soooooo much easier!
