    Thats amazing. im 2 months in on my 6 month journey, hoping to look like you as well. Do you recomend to start cutting from the start or to wait till 4 months in to cut?

    I recommend being in a 500 calorie deficit at the beginning; you'll lose bodyfat, and if you're a beginning lifter, you'll gain muscle at the same time, even within a deficit. Once you reach a desired bodyfat %, start your clean bulk!

    I've always recommended this way because, let's face it. What's the point of lifting if you don't look good while you lift xD

    I feel like you over work yourself with 7 day split :eek:

    Pull - Push - Shoulders - Legs - Pull - Push - Shoulders?

    I don't like the strain on doing push and shoulders next to each other because i normally incorporate shoulders with my push.

    I normally do

    Push - Pull - Legs - Push - Pull - (throwaway day) - Rest

    Or if i gained a lot of water wait id do,

    Push- Pull - shoulders - pull - Push - Legs - Rest with cardio 6x a week.

    There's no way I'm hitting legs only once a week tho :X

    I have one main compound lift every day, followed by accessories.

    Pull - Deadlifts
    Push - Incline dumbbell press
    Shoulders - Military OHP
    Legs - Squats

    It's been working wonders, I'm 11.5% bodyfat right now, today is my last day of a cut. Time to bulk up

    Deadlift
    325lbs -> 395lbs

    Squat
    205lbs -> 295lbs

    Tryna get those big 405/315s before New Year's :rolleyes:
