• I don't have any excuses for what I done, nor will any excuse make up for what I done, Ide like to Apply for the DNT rank while I pay back what I Owe, Ide rather go down this route than Ban evade. Ide also like to apologize to the two users of which I scammed,

Start refunding those users and I'll consider it. For now, this is denied. You can't just scam people, apologise and move on.
