rsaccsforsale banned for plagiarism

hello i cam to check if i had any messages earlier and i had been banned for plagiarism, i did copy the picture but i wasn't aware he was a member on sythe and i didn't realize it was against the rules and now i am banned for over a month for something i wasn't aware was against the rules is there anyway i can have this lifted please? i would also like to apologize to the person who's picture i stole i guess you could say. now i think of it obviously he would've had to pay someone to make it or put effort into actually making it himself i can see now but at the time i thought it was an innocent thing and i meant nothing malicious by doing it i truly am sorry.
