Explanation of the trade: I saw a post saying he would dice for 100m on donor longue

How they scammed: He pmed me saying he wants to give my gp to someone else
here he is below stating that he FORGOT to list a rule, thats not my problem. i have been using sythe for a while now and i understand that no one is subject to use a middleman. i think he seen my roll fairly high and is trying to get out of dicing me. this is unfair. he is now ignoring me. he is still online and not responding to me!!!

i also want to note that nowhere in his post betting for 100m said he wanted to use a middleman!!!! he is trying to get out of rolling against me!!!

 

Not refusing to roll, I believe he is ban evading. Very suspect he decides to donate 5$ today and instantly rolls 100m and will not let any MM hold. He was specifically instructed by me prior to rolling to either give to an MM or not to roll me because of his low donor roll and twc.

He chose to ignore anyways and decided to try and circumvent my request. Please look into his ban evading and I have no problem rolling the discord as well as all the active rollers know this is not a big bet to me.

This was sent prior to him dicing me. So when he says he was unaware that an MM would and is requested he is straight lying.

 

You are refusing to roll why dont you roll? i have the gold. if you wanted certain rules you should of said in your post which u did not. and u told me for a WHOLE SEPERATE DICE we were talking about that u wanted to use a MM. I asked u if u wanted to dice me for a WHOLE DIFFERENT DICE and you said no u want to use a MM.




but later on in the day you posted a seperate roll FOR ANYONE TO ROLL ON AS IT HAD NO CERTAIN RULES!!! So i rolled!

 

I’ll let a mod decide, as I said I have no issue rolling, but as you’ve made deals in the past without having the gp readily available as shown in your scam report. An MM should hold the gold for this roll. Also your ip matches a ban evader whose done the same thing and had the same issue with an MM so I’ll let them investigate, that statement went for any roll not that specific roll so you can try and twist as you wish I’m more than happy to let them review and decide. Also 10min is not an adequate amount of time to claim I’m “ignoring you”.

 

Your TWC rank is what it implies deal with caution. I’m using an MM because you’ve demonstrated to not be worthy of trust, and that dicing forum is for trustworthy people

 

I already showed i have the gp above. What you are doing is wrong. You know u have a chance of not rolling because i rolled high numbers. If i rolled low numbers you would more and likely roll already. I have been scammed alot more than u have here. and why are u shit talking my twc didnt u just get pardoned? Pathogen V2 requesting Pardon misunderstanding

Okay i will wait for someone who knows more about dicing. @Shin deals with these type of dicing reports alot. you set your rules i rolled and now you are not rolling.

Ok. There's lots of things to take into consideration here.


Before I rule and make any kind of judgement @I Fell Above would you be okay with me (or an admin) holding the funds for both you and pathogen before he rolls?

@Pathogen v2 and @I Fell Above are not to dice until this report has been resolved.

 

@I Fell Above would not like to get somebody to hold onto the cash, so I'll have to provide a ruling on the thread


@Pathogen v2 You are given the choice either to roll against his bet or cancel the bet with no consequences. I have came to this conclusion by the use of the following logic.

• At 8:23PM (Forum time) on December 7th @Pathogen v2 PMd you and told you he is not interested in dicing you unless you give the funds to a middleman to hold.
• You then proceeded to roll against him at 6:44AM December the 8th.

While nobody can get bonafide proof that you saw the PM before you rolled I believe the time frame to be reasonable to hold you accountable to the disputing parties wishes in that PM. If you had rolled 5 minutes after the PM was sent this would be a different case.

There is also other reasoning(s) as to why I'm ruling the way that I am, but due to the nature of the information regarding that I have only talked to @video about that and that will remain that way.

Pathogen let me know which of the options you are interested in.

also when he said he wanted to use a MM it was for a whole seperate dice we were discussing at a earlier time but he said with a mm he would do it. this is a whole seperate dice that im reporting. the conversation saying he wanted to use a MM was for a bet for btc in private messsages. he is using a older conversation as proof to get out of this bet...

 

The term using an MM isn’t per bet it’s against a person.

@Tyler thank you. Any chance that we can get an update to the dicing forum, personally I feel that a TWC should require agreement from the poster unlike clean donor accounts if that makes sense. In the future I will be as specific as possible when posting. Appreciated

 

I've received the screenshots from I fell above, The ruling stands. It seems very clear that less than a day eariler he did not want to dice you in any way shape or form, It's completely unreasonable to assume he would change his opinion hours later.
