    Hi, I bought gold off Buy Runescape Gold - Old School & OSRS Rsgp | Cheap Rs Money all went smoothly until I bought the gold I was greeted with this screen Imgur: The magic of the Internet.
    I never got connected to a live chat. The live chat support button doesn't even work Gyazo - 8f731924083e8c995a827c86e22d56e0.gif . And when I went to file a chargeback I saw this email connected to the person I send the money to Imgur: The magic of the Internet which is another gold-selling website. I have no clue whats going on and I hope I get some answers.

    I have asked Arcus to reply to this. Please remain patient. I know what's going up with them, but they could probably put it to better words.

    Refunded, I guess the live chat wasn't working for some reason (most people with this issue are able to connect when switching to a different browser / device).

    Thanks! yea and I see now why it didn't pop up it was because of an adblocker
