Scammed by Golden Mecca

okay, so i can target a sythe user with 3 friends like that too, and get them banned. At the point of 3 reports u wouldnt really care that much anymore what is true or not anyway.

screenshots were kept in my browser that instantly links u with gyazo and were copied, i was leaving 5 at a time, i also leave computer turned on, browser on etc..
yeah what ever, you can clearly see i wasnt expecting this and if i wanted to scam i would probably pulled it off better,

So, you're saying you're being targeted? For what reason, what have you done for someone to want to come get you that bad? Want to send time stamps of both users, I will gladly match both of the customers up.

I haven't said you scammed, I would care if it was "Me"? I'm just asking questions, that need to be answered. You have been reported twice, same scenario, same situation, same statment "Mid-way through". Maybe you're tired of doing the service/services and find a way to take the gold, and hold no responsibility?

 

well 1 reason would be kids trying to get a squeeze out of my already squezed prices, i do this while i flip gold, i dont need to make quick money, cause ill make 2x more if i do legit over a short period of time, i get enough money, and enjoy doing these services with it, i have a lot of free time to make enough money for myself, over here on sythe i've made 5k+ already over 4 months, also gave sythe back 300$, i would never trade my trust for 40$

 

So judging by your quest prices on your thread, this order is valued @ 51M. Other questers roughly 55-70M (Depending on which), can you explain why you dropped the price so low? 40M for this order, is beyond cheap.

 

When i have no work i try to be as competitive as possible, if there is a line for orders i sometimes change thread prices etc. to attract less or more customers. pricing was 20% off at the time, so ur prices r quite accurate, but unfortunatelly for u I didnt know beforehand he had any wealth on account

- Can you prove pricing was 20% off at the time? Did your customers know it was 20% off at the time, or did you explain it was 20% off at the time? That's why he was getting a discount?

 

1. well i know u were trying to say i lured him in or something, but i didnt know he had anything on account before making the deal, could of been a cleaned account.

2. is there anyway to look into thread title history, it was in my title, then i changed to 10% soon after.

3.No, it was on the thread, i only calculated the 50m and took 20% off which was 10m and offered him 40m, which he agreed on.

Although they were dismissed for lack of evidence, (which most cases like this are since 1. there is hardly any proof due to the client trusting the provider enough and 2. proving the amount of wealth on the account during service is genuinely hard to prove in the first place) this seems to be a recurring trend that is highly unlikely to occur if nothing shady was going on.

I won't boast that I've had more orders than Mecca, but I consider myself to be pretty average in skill training/questing enough to give my opinion. In all the orders I've done, which probably amasses to 50+, I've been trusted with anywhere from 10-200m on the accounts. I have never once received a report claiming I "took money off the account" during the service because I simply did the service, provided constant updates, and alerted the client when I was finished. I don't see any other big service providers having reports about themselves this frequent which is fishy in itself.

That's my piece, at the end of the day it's up to staff to decide. Hope this contributed some.

 

All it takes is 1 report for someone to see and suddenly they claim im scamming them. If everybody knows about these reports why do ppl trust me anything at all, i see potential for abuse for my harm from that side and potentially low reward for me(40$??) . So 1 customers is enough, if he makes a report someone can look it up and it will mess up 3 orders.

 

Thats true, once u get reported once, expect more to come. I realize my post is pointless, but once people are aware of a previous scam report of yours (customer mentioned it) they can use it to just squeeze money out of u. hasnt happened to me yet but its not unlikely. Happened with lots of ppl b4 like c0ngs etc

 

It is truly a sad thing, I'm no longer comfortable with doing services with any wealth on. If ill get any sales after this at all, till now i didnt want to bug ppl to transfer any wealth and i've done alot of orders without issues. Anyway thank you for telling, i noticed sales were doing a bit worse on services. I'm keen to see what they will decide.

 

While I get in some cases that may be true, he didn't do the longest or hardest quests I asked him to do. Also, I never asked him to take out my cash to prove it was still there. The screenshot with my cash was just a way to cover his behind right before he took my gold. It doesn't seem suspicious that the last screenshot I got with my gold was followed up with "did you take gp off account?" The dead giveaway for me was the dramatic change in attitude towards me. Even after losing everything on my account, I was professsional and courteous. On the other hand, Golden Mecca was extremely rude to me just as an excuse to terminate service, and take my money. I've purchased other quest services here before and never posted a scam report, because I didn't get scammed, my service was completed and I was happy. I appreciate all staff for investigating this further.

 

I wasnt proving ur cashstack, u never even mentioned there is any wealth on account, why would i give myself up like that if i was planning to take it off anyway, it would only blow my cover. If i was to scam u i'd never take out whole cashstack and just done the service and handled the cleaned account to you, how would u prove anything then?

 

Exactly, yet I very PMs proving the last screenshot you sent me was all of my cash on it after you completed the watchtower quest and then suddenly all of my gold vanished and your attitude changed towards me. I'm not arguing with you, we will let the team here decide what action will be taken.

 

so the fact that cashstack in on the last pictures seems good proof for you?..
If i tried to scam you i would take all pictures with minimal wealth, I wouldnt let it be seen from pictures that there was any wealth on it, cause it would only confirm there was wealth on it. It wouldnt make sense for me to confirm there's value on it and scam afterwards.

 

Then please explain why all the early quests you had 300-400k in my inventory then the final quest you had my 48m taken out and then within 20 minutes it was gone? I then got home for work around 11pm est and see I'm halfway through a quest with all of Lynn bank stripped clean?

 

Because i clicked withdraw all accidently, i dont normally go around with whole cash stack. I wasnt expecting either for u to frame me like this. I took the last 2 pictures around 11am, then i went to bed, then woke up, then u pmed me, i responded with 2 gyazoo's i had left in my browser from 11am thinking all was good, and informed u ill be on account after 10 minutes. when i got on the account i told u gp is missing, then u went all dumb and i got angry, told u to report and logged of account
