Ban - Fake Vouching

I am @Golds I came online this morning to a ban for fake vouches.

I am rather in the dark about this whole thing right now. I realize a new staff member posted a vouch when I was away to bump our thread for his own commission.

I'd like to open up some dialogue with a moderator if possible.

 

I have asked @Chloe regarding this.

 

These two posts on your thread were first "online" as it seems like you had a worker bumping the thread, it was then edited to look like a vouch:

Thank you Chloe for the screenshots. I wasn't aware of what exactly happened.

As you can see by reviewing my Sythe profile I've been a reputable member since 2011. I have handled every complaint made against my website MMOearn quickly and to the customers full satisfaction. Due to my diligence I've been able to amass hundreds of vouches across various forums, including Sythe.

I did not ask my staff member to change those posts to vouches. MMOearn has more then enough vouches to do business just fine without changing posts. Plus I honestly wasn't aware he bumped the thread like that in the first place, I should be more on top of posts to my thread. I know he was just trying to help but it is indeed breaking sythe rules.

I accept full responsibility for my staff and will accept and respect any outcome a moderator states. I can promise this will never happen again and if it does I will be proactive and report it as spam. If there's anything that can be done to reduce my ban that would of course be great. However, I am responsible for the rule breaking and accept the outcome, I will be far more diligent after this wake up call.

 

I have moved your ban down from 2 weeks to 1 week due to your understanding of the situation, please don't let it happen again.
