    This was handled very poorly. I'm not too involved in the Runescape scene, however, I've been playing LoL for around 6 years now. It's very, very easy to recover LoL accounts. I've lost access to many of my smurfs and have recovered them with ease. Not being liable for the RP purchased on the account is a joke.
