I don't even know where to start. I started off by selling 57.5m 07 to RsGoldRush.com. Their worker Ruan notified me that there were fees to cover and he would cover them as I never agreed to anything prior to selling the gold. The payment was 57.5m 07 at .75/m coming to $43.12, however shown here Gyazo - 61bb2fa502722910b8773049f20a076c.png the payment was short. This took 15-20 minutes for them to give me back ~500k of my gold to even out the cost. The paypal payment was on hold as paypal had to review it and rsgoldrush told me that this is common for them to crack down on rsgp sales to make sure they're paying fees and that they've never had any issues with it being returned. This is 24 hours later and I went back to rsgoldrush to let them know that this has happened. After extensive talks with their worker Ruan I reluctantly accepted BTC as they couldn't pay paypal and gold was down a few cents on the day. This is where it gets worse. They sent the bitcoin transaction of ~$43 with a 20c transaction fee. This would mean the transaction either gets denied or takes days to confirm due to it being such a low amount. I believe that it has been bounced back or deleted. The admin assured me he had some program to make it so a 20c transaction fee would act as normal but it doesn't seem to have worked. We also exchanged several emails here Gyazo - 4d01bd042bca22e93e459c91cf0e05fc.png here they assured me that he invested into ANOTHER program to help fix a payment that no longer even exists on the blockchain. Lastly multiple times Drew (their admin/owner) assured me that there was never any issues with any paypal payment besides mine in the last 4 years, Pekay, their worker seems to think otherwise. I know there isn't a ton of proof as I didn't expect this to happen in the early stages, however @video was witnessing most of this while it was happening and I'm sure can attest to most of this. If not, I'd like the owners to come and dispute this.

Unfortunately user suffered a string of unfortunate events that are neither the norm or common through our business. The paypal payment was returned due to paypals anti-fraud auto measures. Paypal problems in general are common though, and part of the business for anyone that owns a gold shop, as they do not look favorably on virtual currencies. Pekay was trying to do damage control, and I appreciate his effort.

The bitcoin payments on that day, did suffer slow times due to the spike in bitcoin causing congestion on the network. We have used an accelerator that allowed us to push these transactions through. We are willing to resend the full payment(with high fees), and tank the risk of double payment, to calmly and quickly resolve this situation. We apologize for any frustration and dissatisfaction this has caused.

 

Like I said to you 2 days ago while this whole issue was beginning, I had made several transactions on the blockchain network the same day around the same time with no issue. It's due to your accelerator and 20c fee that you felt was reasonable after I already waited 24 hours to have my paypal payment declined. I asked you 5-6 times if you thought this whole thing was reasonable as a business owner and not once did you own up to this whole situation. It took you 3 days of your customer waiting on his $40 payment to finally realize, hey maybe we need to use a normal fee like every other shop out there.

 

Not to mention not one time did you ever make any effort to make this any better until I finally went to sythe. You dodged me on your site for hours if not days. You made excuse after excuse to stall time until the unavoidable happened, being the bitcoin getting denied.

 

So if rsgoldrush re-sends the payment to you this should be resolved right? I'm not quite sure if theres any other point you're trying to make here

 

I would request that @video takes a look at least as he understands everything that's going on. Yes I would like my payment resent. I would also like this looked into for a possible TWC as this is really poor business practice and I would not like other customers to have this happen to them as well if they run into any issues.
