Shortly after my main acc ban (which appeal is ongoing, I was hacked) the account I bought from EUT was recovered.

This was for a maxed zerker which I paid 500$ for at the time, they have refused to talk to me on skype at all and ignored any attempt at contact.

Other issues around me being banned aside this just looks like they recovered this high value account as soon as they saw I was banned here.

All I have is an account I can no longer log into and had the recovery email changed on.

What else would be required, I could pm a mod with the accounts username/current display name and some screenshots of me being on the acc (think I have some somewhere).

 

How much account details were given to you on the account sale? Any recovery information?

 

I have bought an account off Eut before. He does provide all the recovery information but the one time that I needed to recover it, he had to do it for me because I was denied by jagex.

 

I was not given any recovery information during the sale, just the username/password and had my email changed to the recovery one.

I had this account almost a year and almost as soon as I got banned here for something unrelated/hacked the account was recovered.

 

Hello bob, I'm not sure what you mean by " they have refused to talk to me on skype at all and ignored any attempt at contact." You have never contacted me about this issue before and you only just sent me a skype request earlier this morning. Also I had no idea you were banned and if the account did get recovered a while ago how come you never contacted me?

Anyway, I have accepted your skype request and hopefully I can resolve this.

I have been talking to video since I bought this account from him. We're trying to get this resolved.

I want a really good explanation for this, I paid a really large sum (600$) for this account under the understanding it would be 100% secure from a really trusted sythe user as original owner. If this turns out to be because video bought the acc or something I would class myself as getting scammed in this sale. None of my other accounts were recovered or hacked (so it wasn't me being keylogged) that had more gold on, but this acc had a decent amount of wealth on as well, which is likely not going to be there...

I am working with the original owner to have the account recovered, if that can't be done then I will refund Bob the purchase price

 

HANG ON, I bought this account for such a high price under the EXPLICIT promise that it was originally created from video. I just want a refund on this account. 600$ was massively overpaying for a maxed zerker even at the time of purchase because of the value of it being a super safe sale.

I left significant wealth on this account I also want refunded if not returned, because I was sure this account was secure.

 

I never stated that video was the original owner so please don't lie. I said I "PURCHASED" the account from video.

 

I don't have access to my sythe inbox and I think it was just discussed in over a year old skype messages which I obviously have not kept, but I would NEVER have paid over 600$ for an account with no recovery details without you having said video was the original creator.

You used your highly trusted history and his to boost the sale price extremely high on this account which I paid because of you telling me he was the original owner. I left significant wealth on this account for the same reason, as it was supposedly backed by this purchase history.

I'll state again that I got no information other than username/password here which I was fine with ONLY because the original owner was so trusted. You can check my vouch history I have spent an extremely long time buying and selling accounts myself and would never have done such a high value purchase with no info unless this was said.

If you can provide any proof then I can take action on it, but as seen so far it seems that EUT explained to you that it was bought from video; not created by video.

Video onlys buy from trustworthy people so I'm sure you don't have to worry about your valuables on the account being stolen. Just be patient and see the outcome for now.

If you are claiming this isn't claiming or at least strongly implying video was the owner not sure what to say. This entire sale rode off yours and his reputation and it being recovered is ridiculous. Nowhere was it not mentioned video was NOT the original owner, just avoided my question regarding that and stated it was bought from video.

I might have more history in my inbox but my sythe account is still banned waiting on this (the gp I was going to pay for unbanning was also on this acc, there is significant wealth which I also want replaced if I don't get it back, check my vouch history for recent gp purchases...).

Either way this was not what was it sold to be at all and I think a refund is reasonable either way, not even accounting for all the time I spent on this acc over the year ffs.

 

Just be patient for now Bob, Video only buys from reputable people so your items/gold will likely still be on the account.

If they are not; we will deal with that bridge when we get to it.
