Truly an inspirational mentor. I have asked a mountain of questions day in and day out as I have been branching out and you have been nothing but supportive. I cannot thank you enough for all your help since I have became a moderator from day one. Keep doing you, you are the best!

It took Shin 5 minutes to solve a case that you couldn't solve in a long time.

 

Charlotte was spending a lot of time on the case and has been working closely with me on it. She has been doing a great job.

 

You're welcome to feel that way but this isn't accurate feedback. I've spend hours reviewing this case since I confronted Rael about it. I heard what happened and how past staff, apparently including yourself, didn't resolve it. So I stepped in and offered to help him. Sorry it wasn't to your standards though you don't know the full story. Thanks for posting nonetheless.

Well since you want to bring me up I solved the case 4 months ago within 5 minutes of getting it and handed it over to Video and gave him a tl dr as every time I have punished Bus while being a moderator an admin has gone on to lift it even if the punishment was correct, I do know the full story. No problem for the feedback though.

Shouldn't speak on stuff you don't know about, not my fault the current admin team is lazy and can't solve a simple case within a timely manner.

My apologies if you think I was being hostile towards you but I just don't understand how no admin could solve the case in over 3 months when I solved it in 5 minutes.
