If you are buying accounts from people and re-selling them you should have some type of t.o.s for potential recovery because that is an easy possibility.

There's a big difference between wealth on RS where it can be cashed out for a cash equivalent should you choose to stop playing and a few cosmetics which have very little if any monetary value after purchase.

$100 of skins on league is not worth $100 should the account be sold. $100 of rsgp is $100. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for some compensation, but not the full amount.

 

I have messaged T1N0 on skype with the following:

"I read through the dispute and accounts being recovered and accounts being banned are two different things, the fact his account was recovered means you need to replace/refund the original amount he spent on the account + you two need to work together to establish a price on the skins spent"

 

True but still it took the money from my bank account. It did not take less for having skins instead of rsgp.

@Turpani when you were sold the account, was it unverified? Also, if you want, PM me the username, I can look it how the account was originally sourced.

Lastly, was the account sold as a used account, but unranked? Or a fresh unranked account? Also, when you bought the account, was it stated that it was sold to Tino, and then Tino was re-selling it to you?

However as chloe can't reply to any of my messages and handle this as neutral perspective could you tell me 1. What there is to discuss about? Proven pretty many times what has happen, even a tino has claimed this. 2. Why i'm twced for someone taking from me?
3. Could someone tell me what tino has done to solve this? As chloe keeps telling that he has been trying to solve. However i can tell that he has done almost nothing in the past days (Well ofc he kept telling me lies about tos they do not have) and finally 4. Why does a mod who will not reply to any messages or questions even take a part on this report? Its pretty easy to see that he has been on tinos side the whole time, even i have proven things. Even today posted on another thread that i may have got ban on the account and now crying and asking for money? However its pretty much proven on this thread that the account is not banned, it has even game played after report is even made. Hopefully i can get someone to answer my questions that are asked thousand times. Chloe or tino can't do that but maybe someone.

I'm sure then gave you dnt because they think that you are setting them up to get a refund and lying about the account.

I also find this very fun. I have proven what has happen as best as possible and someone still thinks about that.

If tino were not donator/reputable this were solved already.

It's being discussed in staff lounge and mods won't reply to you 24/7, they are busy with their day to day lives and do need sleep as i said just be patient. Chloe has already made a discussion in staff lounge about this.

 

Yes i know they won't reply 24/7 however you cant decline that chloe has ignored me for 4 days.

 

Chloe has posted, you just post every hour and spam. Just wait for them to handle it and be patient. If they ask for additional info or you have more info to provide then that's fine, but posting asking why they haven't replied in an hour or that they're licking t1nos ass is ridiculous and makes them not want to deal with you. Be patient and polite and they'll handle it; don't be an ass.

Its not just Chloe handling the report anymore, there are a lot more mods involved including Admin(s) the case is in SL (Staff Lounge) for review so without spamming just patiently wait.

 

I'm not sure why a DNT was applied to the OP, I wasn't made aware of that either.

However; there is currently a Staff Lounge discussion on this matter as it's more complicated than it looks.

Anymore spam comments will be infracted and deleted unless it includes evidence towards this case.
