    The huge green button in the dispute section need to be fixed. I accidentally clicked it and it closed my dispute.
    Why is this allowed. I have inboxed you about this but I really hope that I am not screwed over when I paid for insurance coverage and the account was just recovered.

    Got a response from a Jacqueline through email.

    He said I could only file one dispute per order. What he essentially tells me is to fuck myself as he suggested I should contact the seller through PMs EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR INSURANCE.
    The seller can just ignore those PMs.

    This site is a joke.

    For those who want to see how they fuck you over through the dispute system look below.

    Update:
    What a shady fucking company.
    I will be chargebacking.

    Here's some cool info:

    Do not contact PlayerAuctions Jacob through PM.
    First he agreed with me but after I showed the support email he admitted he had no actual power and just does PR.
    He claims in this thread that he is not a PR person though.

    He then instructed me to trick the seller I bought from and not to inform him that I accidentally ended the dispute.

    Here's the quote:
    This is beyond my control and all mediations are handled by our support team, on which I have no control.
    For now try talking to the other user through the on-site messenger chat and don't mention the end of the dispute yet.


    When you pay for insurance, you don't actually have it. You pay for access to their dispute system. Pay for support!
    Biggest scam ever.

    Hey guys, so ive been using playerauctions for years and have a perfect rating, Now i decided to buy an rs3 account off their site because yah know, they offer insurance packages.

    Anywase i bought an account and several months later it gets recovered. so i put in a thing saying the account had been stolen back, and i went to work after that so i didnt have acess to my computer for two weeks. so while i was gone at work they closed my case and sided with the seller because i didnt respond. when i came back and explained due to the nature of my job i couldnt get online for two weeks they just told me that theres nothing i can do because i didnt respond to the seller within the alotted three days. i asked for them to reopen it and was told that they cant reopen it because the case has already been settled.... So now....

    Im out roughly $190 dollers that i spent on an account WITH INSURANCE. i dont have access to the account and im being told i wont be refunded anything.

    What im requesting.

    1. I would like playerauctions to give me a full refund seeing as i have insurance on the account.(playerauctions site credit is fine as i shop there quite often)

    2. If after this report and their rep still thinks they are in the right. i want a refund for the insurance package because it is obviously bullshit because there was zero coverage for me and i literally didnt even use up 50% of the coverage time.

    3. regardless of which of those 2 things happen i want the playerauctions rep on sythe to submit proof to this thread that they have done EVERYTHING within their power to get that runescape account banned by contacting jagex with proof it was sold. They say right on their site that scamming doesnt pay cuz they will do this. I want proof. If their sythe rep is able to provide proof that the account in question was banned by jagex i will forfeit any right i have to any refund at all because i seriously dont give two fucks about the money. as long as the scamming asshole who sold the account doesnt get the account either. they should have no problem doing this as technically i own the account right now, and im giving permission for them to ban it so they dont have to refund me.

    Anywase i have some evidence picks and am trying to get imagur and shit sorted as we speak so they are incoming, sorry they aren't already up at the time im posting this.

    If you order from playerauctions hope for a smooth delivery! If not you will have to go for a week long dispute, and then once it is settled, you will be continuously promised about your refund for days! Will update this when I finally get my refund.

    First off, this is not Jacob. Mr. Aldaco left PlayerAuctions some time ago. I am Richard, and I'm currently handling the help thread here in Sythe. As for your concern, didn't you mention that you accidentally clicked on the accept dispute button, but in reality you do not want for it to end yet? This is why I told you to talk to the user first to renegotiate the matter with him, because without that, your case is already closed with us and we can no longer help, since it was already ACCEPTED from your end. And why don't you take an unedited screenshot of the part I said to ask support about it? I said the decision is final already, didn't I? I was trying to help you Devin, but clearly your putting me in the wrong for that. Would you have me do otherwise? Anyway, I'm sorry but your dispute has been accepted from your end.

    @Drimble:
    Hello. I am really sorry but once the case is closed, it cannot be reopened once they have decided on it. It's under mediation and it would have been best to submit the case after your busy work week; that way you have time to reply back since the mediation will require the participation of both users in disputing the case. Very much like being in a legal case, and not being present during the hearing. I apologize for the inconvenience, Drimble. I cannot persuade you to not file for a chargeback, but please take note that we will have to suspend your account after that, so please make sure you tie loose ends/settle orders before you decide to go with that.

    Hard to believe, a refund can take hours to communicate. So Im going to leave my post up, letting others know of my expereince. An apology does not mean much when nothing is being done to fix the issue.

    @PlayerAuctions you can convince me not to file a chargeback if you can provide proof that your site held their end of the deal and submitted everything to jagex to get the account banned, which is what your site says it will do in recovery cases, now as far as my case goes, the scammer has the money and i dont have the account that i technically own so if i give u the order number, can u make sure jagex bans the account and show proof here?

    if yes and u guys get the account banned then ill take the loss of the money since at least the scaming seller doesnt get both the cash and account.

    if no, ill be talking to mods here about me filing a chargeback as i feel ive been scammed by your site, seeing as ive payed extra for insurance and ive been fucked on all levels. the seller has 1 sale ever and its that account to me, ive been using your site for like 7 years lmfao. kind of a joke, to be honest.

    Unfortunately I cannot give you that since those documents and processes are being kept by our support team. Even if I ask them for it, I won't get any screenshots or proof because it's under their jurisdiction. Kindly ask them through [email protected] and let them know that you're planning a chargeback on your payment method.

    3319335 , Support keep telling me that PayPal is denying my payment , I ve called Paypal support 3 times they said , Everything is working perfectly with my account , Friends sent me money it went throught , Why on earth the only issue i have is with PlayerAuctions ? I have made 2 transactions befor and everything went well , but with a higher value money stuck ?

    Hello Ismail. We're very sorry for the delay. I checked on this and one of our agents was already able to take care of this about 8-9 hours ago. The payment was fully processed. PayPal has different policies depending on the payment being sent or the "merchant" which could be the cause of the need for the verification.

    Let us know again if you run into any issues.

    Same song and dance others have gone through with repeated claims the payment has been declined. No assistance offered beyond that. Asked when the payment was attempted since neither I nor Paypal are seeing any indication that one was attempted... Nor does there seem to be anything wrong with my account.

    Just to be certain, I setup a Skrill account and began jumping through hoops to get my payment changed to Skrill from Paypal. Still waiting on that call for them to do that. Its been a super fun three weeks. Sellers beware.

    Hello there. I'm very sorry this keeps happening. I also handled the release of your disbursement previously and I can see from our logs that it bounced back to us again. I have released it again this time and if things are in order you should be able to get it 7-8 hours from now. We'll see if we can sort out the payment on your PayPal in the meantime before we process your payment change request to Skrill, as that will most likely add to the processing time. Again, my sincerest apologies.
