    I understand why you did what you did. You took $70,000 USD from the company and invested it elsewhere without asking me first.

    You're just lucky that it paid off. In the future at least ask me first, because if that didn't pay off you'd be held liable. That's all I ask is to consult me first before you take risks with my money.
