    Hi again Francis. There really is an issue with your PayPal account because our finance team resent the payment and it bounced back yet again to us. Just to be sure about this, could you send me a PM, do not post it publicly here unless you're ok with sharing your information, what your PayPal email is on your account? There is a possibility that you're checking up on the wrong PayPal email. If not that, there really is something wrong with your PayPal. You may also want to call them again and tell them you're expecting payment from PlayerAuctions and it's not getting through.

    HEY, a buyer created dispute on order;3278173, after we conctaced eacother we have reached agreement, and case went in my favor, now i looked my order on playerauctions website, and it says order terminated. Am i gonna get my money and if yes when?

    Hey there. I can confirm with you that this order has been resolved in your favor. Kindly ignore the "order terminated" stat, it's just how our backend system was coded because it's our internal process for closing orders following a dispute/mediation. You should be paid within today, about 6 hours from now but I've also already followed it up to the finance team just to be doubly sure about it.

    Hey Blackfox. Yeah, that's one of the things that can be easily mistaken for delayed payment, and I can totally understand. You can setup an offer with minimal fee, but the catch is it gets paid at a later time because we pay those by batches. Anyway, if you need my help feel free to message here again or PM me anytime.

    its been almost 24 hours since its said Verifying Payment i sent them 2 screen shots of my bank transaction as requested like 5 mins after hitting buy now. does it really take this long?

    Hello there, Poisoned. It shouldn't be that long and I sincerely apologize about it. I will be talking to an agent to take care of this ASAP once I post this message. In the meantime, kindly check your email attached to your payment option which is used by your PlayerAuctions account and see if there are any verification emails/forms requested there. I will update you right away once I get any word from them.

    The only email iv gotten from them is 5 mins after buying the rs account telling me to send screen shot of my bank transaction which i did twice. but thanks for looking into it.


    Edit: they just sent the same email again just now guess ill send yet more screen shots of my bank transaction...

    Yeah, they told me they will resend it because there's a probability it got filtered into the spam/junk folder. When taking a screenshot of the payment receipt, please make sure it shows it in full and that the actual payment account is fully shown. Sorry for the hassle but we require this process from time to time. I'll be on standby so this can get processed in the soonest.

    If you're reading this, Don't ever use PlayerAuctions.
    First off, If the Seller recovers the account, they get "sanctions" placed on their account, which is pretty bullshit when it comes to old dogs that have been on their site for years. I filed a chargeback with playerauctions because one of their users recovered the account and they basically said, if you get fucked on their site, they're not liable, but we will take your money regardless, I have the whole PDF file my bank uploaded that summed it up. As long as we PlayerAuctions have proof you authorized the purchase, if you're account gets stolen then that's your responsibility for not buy their scam "insurance" so you get market credits to hopefully not get fucked on their site again. Curse this site to oblivion.

    I'm very sorry for your rough experience with our services. Account purchases always entail some form of risk, but we try to mitigate that as best as we can with the insurance package and even without that, we still provide after sale support. And we always mention in the site and in the insurance option that the buyer needs to prove that an account is reclaimed/stolen, otherwise it would be just easy for anyone to claim that a purchased account is stolen, and as far as our experience goes, potential scammers come in both forms: sellers and buyers. I'm sorry to say this but all of these information are readily available on the site before you made the purchase, and if you ask us we will tell you just as much for transparency.

    We can't talk you out of filing a chargeback case on your bank or payment option; ultimately it's your choice, but we just want to remind you that as per policy, we will have to permanent close your account.

    I would still be here and willing to lend an ear in case you'd like to talk about this and if there is still something that I can do for you, Franky. Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
