Your email + recovery number are correct.

As for that code, try to use that as a one-time log-in code in place of your 2fa code when attempting to log in. It should work if it hasn't been used yet. If that doesn't work, we can continue with this recovery.

For some reason I am unable to create an account to respond to that thread, I tried a couple of my emails, anyways my response is below -

I tried the code and it wouldnt work, I am not sure if it has a 1 time use or not but I may have used it in past without changing the 2FA. Anyways the only thing I can think of is bringing Hahanerd into this. Ive made a paypal payment to him in Jan-Feb 2011 he could verify from [removed] of $50 for getting me 1-99 crafting on my RS3 account. The account username is also [removed] in case you want him to verify this. Im sure he probably deleted the login info by now but he may remember it after having to login so many times lol. Hope this helps!

 

Donation proof is definitely more reliable in this case, though finding screenshots for your payment to HHN may help. We need you to provide the screenshots, not anyone else.
