Thanks for your comment. To clarify things, no ID is required when creating an account, when buying Litecoin via Cryptocurrency and when you want to send/withdraw/deposit funds. Litespeed does require an ID for PayPal transactions. This is the only part where Litespeed would ask for an ID.

The site is full of typo's and its very very poorly created, looks so sketch lol :c

How do you add your credit card for purchases?

 

Why on earth would anyone trust this?

It's a wordpress site, you could have a similar wordpress site with a basic currency exchange calculator built for under $200(I have!).

Not to mention how do you secure funds and peoples information if its built from wordpress that is known to have exploits.

Forgetting for a minute that the site itself is like 5 pages of basic wordpress the biggest issue is when I ask "Why should I trust this site".

Is this a legal company? Is there anything protecting my financial data? Is there a reason I should use this over coinbase, an exchange, etc?

 

@Giddy You have to use PayPal for Credit Cards at the moment. Once the site is made custom, it will have a CC processor.

@Divine Although Wordpress has exploits, Litespeed has strong passwords set, anti bot features, secure login, cold storage for funds and in house user to user transfer.
Litespeed offers lower fees than coinbase and you don't have to wait for your funds until a specific day. Sell form is not set up yet and is being worked on, so you'll have same day payouts for PayPal and Google wallets, which no other site does, and eventually direct bank transfers for payouts.

Also, it has user to user transfers without revealing a wallet address, making it somewhat more private.

Legal business with a license and FinCEN regulated.

UPDATE:​

Website down for small changes and additions, as well as a renewal of web hosting among other things. Will have site back up in a few hours or so.

Again, This is NOT the final product and just a beta/proof of concept. Please feel free to let me know what you all think about any additions, changes, or fixes you would like to see when the site moves off of wordpress.

1. Addition of 2-step auth and added security
2. Addition of profile pictures to be added to accounts
3. Addition of Ethereum wallets, sending, and purchases
4. Slight changes to home page layout
5. Slight changes to UI for login and account features
6. Addition of live crypto charts and tickers

I would like to thank many of you for tips, including @iJava for giving tips on improving design with changes to colors and HTTPS for security. Thanks to @video for constructive criticism and I am working to correct these problems. Thanks to @Divine for his input, and wish to change his mind in the future and taking everything he said in consideration to improve upon the concept. Thanks for @Buyacc for having to handle questions and updates.

Plans for these next 2-3 weeks are huge and hopefully I can present a more professional and secure site now that I will be working with a great custom web developer, working on software to make MAJOR improvements on the platform.

 

Why publish a thread about it?

If you're promoting anything regarding money as your product/service, consumers expect it to be completed.

This site seems to be poorly planned out and lacks security and finished product.

Also, you should've chosen a better shill than @Buyacc, maybe someone who is active and knowledgable about Cryptos.

 

Man, I always knew you were a hateful person when you freaked out when I tried to sell comics in the IRL section. yeah, pretty bad idea of me to sell Naruto Mangas and Pokemon/Batman/Marvel comics to sythe users lol..

1. First off, I would like to say that you are a tad bit rude, I would expect more from a CDT member than to call another user a shill, and hate on another user's project without even... read #2 . @Island do you agree that this is the attitude a CDT member should have towards other members?
2. It's a beta, read the title next time.
The site is fine for basic purchasing of goods, and with not holding payment methods, even if someone hacked another user's account account, they can't do much. if they hacked my admin account, most they can get is a register email and deleted/change my site, but I have measures to fight against that. They also can't take funds from said user's account because transactions need a email verification. I have already stated that I am working on security, and if people don't want their LTC or BTC in the in house wallets, they have to option to opt out of that. So as for as that part goes, it is pretty safe for a beta where I am just testing out the concept, which has actually gone pretty well being that there are a lot of users out their who are tired of exchanges like coinbase and would love to see a site like this.
3. @Buyacc has been more than helpful and kind. I don't need someone with knowledge of cryptography or the blockchain to make a simple once a day bump on my thread or link someone the FAQ page. There is a reason Buyacc isn't affiliated with the site in anyway (no offense bud). I already assembled a team of people who are and will be working on a fully custom site, programs, and security features, all of whom have much more experience and knowledge on web dev and crypto currencies that you do I can assure you. I have a much better scripter working with me as well.
4. "Why make a thread about it?". Do you really think I expected everyone to be 100% or 50% happy at all with the product as it stands? I have stated MULTIPLE times that this is a beta and I have this site/thread up for users to critique the design, layout, and other aspects, as well as provide feedback on what they want added, changed, or removed before going into a fully custom site.

I have already gotten plenty of bad feedback, but that will only make it easier to provide an amazing end product.

I do agree that wordpress may not have been the best choice for the beta, but it was simple and quick to set up and allowed for a nice way to quickly get a proof of concept idea up and ready for user feedback.
