    Lol. If he wants to change it himself yes he has to. If someone recovers it. Then no he does not. He won't get a notification the email has changed.

    yet that is something you would say only the orignal owner can recover.. 1 if you recover via hijacked email no notification would get sent. There are several ways to do it without dieze getting a notification, like sending in certain tickets into jagex.

    RuneScape Online Community - Forums, News, Events and more look at the info the request on this ticket that alot of people never knew exist. there are several ways to do this guys!

    I tried selling a account last week, he wanted to log on, he was like you can just recover it, so i was like why not. not only did he manage to change password on my account but change the email as well with no information so it is possible

    If your email is hijacked obviously there would be a notification sent, but the hacker would probably delete it after they confirm the email change.

    Yes i posted one way to recover with different infos etc but it is 100% possible to do what i said with just user and pass

    Just look into tickets they have you can request j mod look into etc that are honestly so many diff ways...

    If it was scam report against me i would go into detail etc and find out how they did it to me

    The amount of money on the account is irrelevant, there is no way to prove that.

    My only problem is, if he recovered the account, why would he change the email?
    It looks to me, as if you got cleaned staking, and attempted a frame to try, and get the account value back.

    Also, how are we to know you just didn't change the email, in attempt to frame him?

    After further investigation, and hours on end of looking at evidence we've come to the conclusion that there isn't enough evidence to support the claim that @Dieze, or yourself has recovered the account. We are not allowed to make biased decisions. We're only allowed to judge based on facts, and the facts provided aren't enough to prove your claims. The only thing the facts have shown us is that @Dieze is the only one with the recovery questions, and the only one that's able to recover the account. With that being said @Dieze you are responsible of refunding the value of the account, so until then you will remain with a DNT. Tell me once you've refunded that @Dieze.
