RSPSTom scammed me

Scammer's profile link: RSPSTom Vouches!
Explanation of the trade: He posted on my thread saying he wanted to buy DS gold, left me his skype, I added him, he initiated conversation said he wanted to buy 10Q, I told him my rates and I went first as he had many more vouches than me, we finished trading the 10Q and he asked for my Pp email, I gave it to him and he just disappeared
How they scammed: Did not pay me the paypal I was owed

I didn't buy any GP from him, he bought from me

We did half and half, I only have proof for the first half, not too sure if this counts but he does admit that I paid him at least half so far, but don't have it for the other half
