Terms and Conditions:
1. Follow Runescape and Sythe rules (No Real World Trading, No Bug Abuse, No Flaming/Harassing, No Scamming, etc.)
2. No commission staking/No Streaming (Including 0% staking)
3. You must remain in World 302 at ALL times.
4. Keep the private ON at all times and DO NOT delete or add people from the friend's list.
5. You must NOT give the account information to ANYONE else. Account sharing is not allowed.
6. You must NOT change the display name or remove/add items without my permission.
7. If you are offline on the account for over 10 minutes, your account will be considered completed and terminates your remaining time.
8. Lastly, no refunds will be provided upon utilizing my service. All sales are FINAL.

Breaking any of the terms and conditions will immediately result in being kicked off the account with no refund of the gold will be provided. I am also not liable if the account becomes disabled, and no gold will be compensated for the loss.
