Reporting "Safe Trade" for Scamming $130,28

Hey,

A person who has used my services asked if I could file a report of a guy who scammed him for $130,28 USD. The persons Skype who I'm posting this report for is: "Uberovaxx", you can see it in this Gyazo: Gyazo - 69a99810c70bd1cb166cac84054749e2.png

Explanation of the trade:
Broly RS (Skype ID Uberovaxx) was buying 120M 07 for $130,28 USD from Safe Trade.

How they scammed:
Broly RS was paying $130,28 USD via PayPal for 120M 07 to Safe Trade, they met up ingame and traded eachother, nothing was ever added to the trading screen, Safe Trade just traded him, and then declined. After this he started acting like he had given the goods, and also started editing messages and stuff.

Proof that it's their Skype:
When you click the Skype logo on Safe Trade's signature, it directs you to add "

Safe Trade has been viewing this thread approx an hour ago, but hasn't replied in anyway. Maybe a DNT rank would be the right thing to do till he has responded to these accusations?

Ok... so he received all the money, i dont know if he was trading then with any of his mates and then trying to scam me and eventually refunding the payment... it was so obvious in the first moments... I even have like 1b vouches... theres no point of me scamming the money

 

Attempting to trade with a DNT, even tried to lie to me saying DNT will be removed soon and that he wasn't aware of it, yet before we even started discussing questing he posts the above reply on this thread. He must be desperate
