Great individual and a great staff member. I do not like the fact though that you offer to help but you don't. If I had to suggest anything it would be to respond in a timely manner (Dont get me wrong I know you have a family and kids but...). I would rather you tell someone to fuck off or tell them no rather than flat out ignoring them.

You are doing a wonderful job at the administration role. You are handling administration duties well and you are also exceeding expectations. I have seen you handle many reports in the past few months and you never fail to hear both sides, you never jump to conclusions and you always do a great job on making sure the outcome is fair between all parties. You not only handle reports in a very professional manner, you also add some humor into them as well. You are extremely active with in the community and always responsive on Discord which is a huge plus, keep up the great work man!

Video has definitely changed my life. Without video providing these motivational speeches I would not be able to continue living my everyday life. If you are ever feeling down and need some motivation then I would highly recommend speaking to this man and you will never look back. Truly an inspirational person. He is also a very helpful admin and listens to everyone especially on Discord as well as being a very competitive hearthstone player!
