Account hijacked

hey there, today I made an account called RsMinzy from this IP address, after like 20 minutes of using it, I had to log back into sythe and it wouldn't let me, then I got an email saying that my new email is such-and-such and it was an email address I've never heard of, I don't know hows it possible I got hijacked but could you just please investigate the account and can I get it back? I can provide photos of the email I got if u want, preferably via pm

 

Yes please provide pictures of the emails you received from the original email on the account, as your account was caught sending phising links.
You will also need to provide a full virus scan as you may have a rat/virus on your computer.

 

You'll need to do a virus scan of your PC also.
Once you've done that please reply with a picture + what email you'd like on your account and I'll tag an Admin to change it for you.

 

I've put in a request to get the email changed for you.

It says my account has been banned...? I haven't broken any rules, my account my was just hijacked by that email address i showed you... will I get unbanned and/or get access to my account again? Is there an estimated time on how long this will take PS I still can't log in, it doesn't recognise my email, if I try log in with username it says the password has been changed, and I only had access for like 30-60minutes after making the account, idk how bots work but maybe someone just sniped my account and now it's showing up as banned when technically I haven't done a single thing wrong, sorry for saying this but it's been like 3 days and I haven't had this resolved, thanks for reading

 

Our admins are busy with school/work at the moment (Dave goes to uni + works) so he is a bit backed up at the moment, you'll be unbanned once Dave goes over your recovery info and changes your email.
