Story: Agreed on 200m for an account, was recovered a few days later. He claims it was not him and we agreed on a refund. He kept postponing and he said noone was selling gold. We then agreed on a refund via PayPal on which he agreed. He is still dodging my messages, yet i see he is active on sythe. We are now creeping up on a week of me waiting for a refund and I think its a lost cause at this point..

I hope he proves me wrong as I am left with yet again, nothing.

@askeladden You should include in your report if he ever mentioned that he wasn't the OO/wasn't only one who knew the information to recover before you bought the account. I'm assuming it is one of the accounts below that you bought below and on neither of them does he state the above.

EDIT: Added a TWC to him instead because of the fact he said he made the account and was the only one to recover it. He's free to Dispute a Ban or TWC in 30 days providing new vouches since he has received the TWC.
