    It's been 24 hours since he "made the payment" and I haven't received anything. Bank transfers are done within 24 hours so I'm just gonna assume he lied. I can give him 24 more hours and if I still haven't received the money you can ban him and I will report his scam to the police and have actions taken.

    He's flaming me on skype now and he said he's giving the account back and he wants me to refund him the money once I get him, surely I'm allowed not to accept that right?

    It's almost 9 am and I haven't received anything from him, until 4 pm (7 hours from now) IF he sent it it would be on my account by then, if not, he never sent the payment (which I'm suspecting anyways) I'll let you guys know at 4 pm
