Backlightpvp ban appeal

Hello,

Earlier today I posted a scam report which was against A broken man because I was banned within 10-20 minutes after completing a trade with him on Pk-honor (RSPS Private server) and it seems so coincidental for it to have just been a coincidence. I felt as though he was working together with the owners to catch people RWT which I felt was a scam so, I posted a report then about 4 hours after I posted the report A broken man messaged me on Skype and he explained the situation and he was banned on the server as well. He also showed me proof to which I then profusely apologized to him for opening a scam report and I told him it was my fault for jumping to conclusion and I apologized for the misunderstanding. He then replied to me saying "Just change the title to Resolved and that should be it" I proceeded to do so and thought nothing more of it. When I tried to log back into my account afterwards I had been banned for "Extortion/attempted scamming" which I don't understand why because I never once asked for money nor did I try to scam anyone. I apologized to A broken man saying it was my fault for making assumption as I said earlier. I can provide Skype logs of the conversation this whole thing was just a massive misunderstanding and miscommunication between myself and A Broken Man. I never tried to scam or gain anything out of this and I most certainly did not try to extort money out of anyone!

I have never scammed while on this forum all I want to do is continue making friends and continue buying and selling gold.

Please allow me to come back I would greatly appreciate this chance.

What happened:

Well to be perfectly honest with you I thought I had legitimately been scammed because from my perspective I got banned within 10-20 minutes of trading A broken man and when I created a new account to see if he had been banned as well (You can do ::checkreason in Pkhonor RSPS to see if they were banned) and he was not so it seems as though he was working together with the owner so I posted a scam report. Afterwards I learned that he was also banned (later than I was) for RWT and he contacted me via skype and explained to be what was going on and when I logged back into sythe to check everything out I was banned for "Extortion/attempted scamming" which I never tried to do either. I wasn't trying to get anything out of it, it was all just a very large misunderstanding on my part and I apologize for that.

You were banned for attempted scamming (taking advantage of a situation). The screenshots that you have provided in your report were so unorganized, and it looks as if you were trying to extort for a chance at personal gain.
