Also I'm extremely positive he sells the same account, and then ban evades to sell it eventually after leveling the stats up again.

Pay attention to every single stat here, and tell me if you see the trend as well. Each account thread has higher levels all around, or the exact same level from the last one.

Account progression #1 (July 10th, 2015)
Account progression #2 (February 21st, 2016)
Account progression #3 (September 20th, 2017) - referring to the piety pure he's selling on his thread (not the zerker pure)

Additionally the quest points go up (Although QP not shown on first thread, but from the 2nd-3rd), and the ban meter hasn't changed.

Banned, though I don't think the account matches were part of my decision because you can see on #2 his smithing and farming are in the level 90's while on the piety pure it's 56 and 62. Though his home IP matches close to the one of @Dylanmar and there are exact wireless matches. Thanks for the report. He'll have a good chance in appealing this ban though.
