Why do you think they are ban evading:
So this guy always pops up here and there selling some accs to recover and trying to scam with the RSN '17'. I'm sure he'll be back with more premade Sythe accs soon to continue, but I might as well knock this one out.

To start, here he's selling a 2 digit between 11-19 (17...), and looking for '11' 'ii' and 'any other 2 letters':

The acc that @Balmain was banned for scamming with here: Balmain SCAMMER
^Pretty sure he advertised it as coming with a 2 digit name as well, but his selling thread was edited so I can't check.

Peep the stats, it's same acc that @Epohhh3 was selling here (with a 2 digit name *cough 17*): [Selling] MAXED pure w/ 2 digit name

Overall, just check out all those banned accs linked to the same IP in his audit. All link together with selling/recovering OSRS accs. And though @Balmain and @Epohhh3 aren't in his audit, those are him as well due to the connection to that acc that was being sold with the RSN '17'. At the very least, if this still isn't enough, have him prove what 2 digit he's selling

 

Neither of those match, however he does have a home IP match with @Speak. The rest here seems alot of speculation I was unable to confirm. I don't believe all those if any are related with each other, especially not WildCanadian, YZ250F and Superman_Gold. I have banned him though, thanks. Also reverted @Balmain his threads for you.
