    Hey there, Rocket. I checked the order and the issue was there was discrepancy in the email address attached to the account. I think the issue was that the change happened before our team was about to inspect it; usually, the email needs to change after the inspection process, so in short it was done in advance. However, during the conversation, time lapsed and the buyer, @bjoonsup who is also in communication with me, decided to cancel the order. I am terribly sorry on how this has turned out. In case you decide to pursue the transaction, please feel free to do so then notify me about it; I'll make it up to you both and ask our team to have that one expedited to the best that we can. Again, my sincerest apologies to you both for the time you invested on this.

    Hello there, Caed. The reason why payment was held is because the buyer contacted us that he was asked for a one-time password request which he couldn't get through. This is still open for communication at the on-site messenger at PlayerAuctions. Please contact him and assist him with what he needs to get through that password request. Once he's able to login again, kindly ask him to contact us through the support channel so we'll be notified that the order is now ok, and we'll make sure your payment is back on track. Sorry for the inconvenience on this.

    Hi there. Sorry to hear about this. I have checked your ticket and escalated it to our team so they can take a look at it right away. For now, while we wait for their reply, could you take a screenshot of the error you're getting on the Steam client whenever you try to use the code? Then send that screenshot as an attachment to your ticket thread, which is ticket #46682. This will definitely help move along things for your case.

    @PlayerAuctions This issue was solved minutes after the purchase...on 8/30, 2 weeks ago. I changed the account email to his and the issue was immediately resolved. I have proof in my inbox (messages between me and the buyer). I will contact the buyer but literally the account has been his since the date of sale so he's not under any obligation to reply. It would be nice if I had a heads up via email instead of having me waiting until I decided to contact support.

    hello @PlayerAuctions
    I already trying to contact you on email but theres no respond still.
    So i find this forum and i want to ask why im geting everytime when im login message that i already tried too many attemps and requires me to wait 1 hour.So im waitin 1 hour and still that,then waiting more then 1 hour still same issue,then im waiting 2 days and still the same issue i cant understand.
    Icant login to my account at the moment,meanwhile i got a customer for one of my accounts and cant confirm anything because this issues can you please answer me here at least thanks.

    Hello @pucval. This is a safety precaution placed by our IT/tech last month that disables login attempts if you've used the incorrect password for consecutive tries, in order to stop people from brute hacking your password. Sorry for the inconvenience; You might have accidentally typed in the wrong password for several times, causing the lock. Could you PM me (for confidentiality) your username/PA email address? I'll check if there's also another reason (like if you're suspended or anything) but normally suspensions aren't connected to this.

    Please allow it some time and try again, you might be able to login back. All of the users who previously inquired about this to me were able to log back in at a later time. Let me know again if it doesn't work.

    First of all thanks for your trying sir,
    I know that something weird is happening with my login thats why i cant fix it i did not meet something like this before and i was like 80% sure that this problem is on me but i dont knew it how to fix this thats why i contacted you.
    I usualy dont getting CATCHPA or whatever is called that thing that you need to aprove that im not a robot thing,it was pretty weird i started getting that since i lose the electricity power out of nowhere same like the logins.
    I still dont have seen any ways to fix this on my pc,btw on the phone working correctly so its up to my pc,i will try to find some way to fix this in these days.
    I will not be home today so i was changed the password now and i will try to login tonight so i let the system to rest for several hours :D.

    Attempting to buy 130m on PA and I've bought gold twice today. It says verifying payment and it's been atleast an hour and a half, still no email. weird thing is that it also says payment completed. [​IMG]

    I also can't cancel the payment it says "Failure to cancel, please confirm whether it has been repeated operations or to refresh the page(Reason:NotAllowCancel)"

    PlayerAuctions is completing secure verification of this order.If necessary, we will contact you via your PA registered e-mail or Payment Gateway registered e-mail to complete the payment verification. Please note that before the seller may deliver, the secure order verification process must be successfully completed.

    I've also made a ticket on PA. ID number (49711)

    Getting no replies at all from customer service, my order is stuck on verifying payment and i have had no emails from customer service to verify my identity. i have also received no phone calls. i cant even cancel the order because when i try to it says "Failure to cancel, please confirm whether it has been repeated operations or to refresh the page(Reason:NotAllowCancel)".

    No reply to me either, made 3 tickets, tried calling any number possible, live chat is down, I don't know what else to do. Like why won't it just let me cancel the order and start over fuck me.

    Hello again. Thanks for the enormous of patience on trying to get your account working on your browser. Our tech has thoroughly checked and we can confirm that your account isn't blocked with us, nor is it being accessed illegally, so it's most likely being caused from your PC and/or browser. Sorry I can't offer anything more substantial than the convo we had earlier, but I do hope you get your account working nicely again.

    I'm so sorry about this and the inconvenience. There is usually a good reason when this happens, so I will consult this to the team and ask for a resolution in an urgent manner. I will let you know again here of any update.

    Hello again, @kroshiou.

    I am terribly sorry about this, but the order got stuck due to a lapse in securing the payment from the payment option. This rarely happens but when it does, we will have to cancel the payment and ask buyers, you in this case, to repurchase the order from the seller. Again, my sincerest apologies. Our team will now cancel the order and I'll make sure you either get refunded for this or have the order checked if it's auto-voided.
