rsps gold seller "SLICE" scam

So this guy hacked rsps PKHONOR bills and I got tricked to buy those off him which is a some kind of scam.
1)He said let me xfer that gold real quick:

3)Some weird hacking/duping sht while holding my osrs gold

4)He handed me that hacked gold

that ban is not even for RWT but its from holding hacked gold
I do understand that his trades say that he is not responsible for bans.
Be AWARE OF BUYING GOLD FROM HIM. HE will sell you HACKED gold which will lead to an instsant ban from that server.

He told me he has the gold and hes xfering it, but It was laggy to him so it took some time. I was trading him directly for sure @Champ

I was infact having vps problems that day i had the pkhonor gold on the account because i already bought it before from the pkh seller who apparently obtained it thru hacking there was no duping or anything going on i just took more time to access my account. i xfer the gold from my main account using a vps so i have to trade the gold to other account before actually delivering the gold. this is why i made you wait I 100% didn't know the gold i bought was obtained thru hacking. I had clear intentions as anyone would do buy gold off someone. The same scenario can happen in 07. Where a website could buy gold off someone and doesn't know how it was obtained

This was bad luck at your end and i am sorry for that but so it was for my end because i also got banned and lost money too
Also my TOS states that i am not responsible for anything occurs after the trade

 

You can say that you bought that from your client blah blah blah, but I was trading you directly and you should be responsible for what you're selling?
Eventho you have been constantly 24/7 selling pkhonor gold which could possibly mean ( I don't have enough information for that) that you might be a staff member who can provide yourself the needs which you trade to your customers and after all of that you ban them for hacking gold and putting in a very smart ban reason which would let you be not responsible for what you have traded (banned for hacked gold)
And possibly that might have happend with other of your clients, but I am maybe the first guy to stand for himself?

Every shop/website obtains gold from customers not magically, and i can provide proof that i did infact buy the gold and not have "A staff provide my needs" and no from my experience your the first guy that been through this scenario and again, i am sorry. But there's nothing i can do i can give u other scenario IRL, If you buy and sell bikes and you bought a bike off someone who apparently robbed it from someone now who should get punished? The person who bought the bike and resell's it or the person who actually stole the bike in first place?

 

That whole scenario, the delayed trading part seems very fishy and that wasn't a 5m trade. If there is a chance that you're an admin of the RSPS you can fake ban of yourself and fake the scenario with your supplier trading you.
And the IRL SCENE? I work in a logistics company and I have been in that situation.
If you were cought selling lets say a "robbed bike" you're the one who has to refund the innocent buyer, the guy who sold you "robbed bike" has to refund you and etc till that black circle ends. It's a long process which at the end of the day can't be solved fairly.
And if that guy cannot pay or he is gone or insolvency, it all falls on your shoulders becouse you were the first one to sell "robbed bike"

 

How is calling me out an staff relevant to this? anyone could've been in my situation your trying to connect dots that don't exist i understand your mad but remind yourself of what ur saying. this is just pure stupidity now

This is the part that makes no sense. How is your account fine for that time, but as soon as he buys the gold he is instantly banned and you were not banned the whole time you had the "Hacked" gold?

 

He wasn't instantly banned. on this image Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet he says "Customer got ban"(Other customer that he dealt pkh with previously even before our deal) he himself didn't get ban when i traded him gold, he states that the customer he dealt with got banned so we were both still not banned on sunday(The day we dealt)

He only got banned one day after, on monday. this screenie shows that notice that it says "mon" that was the time i figured out that he was banned

And after knowing the news he got banned i went to see if i was banned And at the same time he got banned i got banned too this screenie shows that i confirmed that i also got banned once he did too

Log also shows that the person he deals pkhonor with got banned on the day we traded, So he got scared that he will get ban too and he xfer'd the cash that i sold him to a friend

EDIT: Apparently he didn't xfer cash it was a customer he directly sold the gold to


The next day he and i both get banned it takes some time for the person that got hacked and saw missing money which is the hacker that sold me gold to report it to staff and the staff checked logs to ban us and the process could take days this is when i assume in this scenario we both got banned for trading hacked money on monday sept 18 i also still had stock on my account which also caused me to loss money. the loss is on both sides

 

So the real question is when my customer got banned.

Acording to our skype chat it says (It's Lithuanian):

sold him gold at 17:50. Saying him thank you for waiting (becouse of slice's delay)
He says no problem.
then after 1 hour and 10 mins he says I went to store to buy a drink , came back and hes banned already.So he might have banned in any of that period of time 1 hour and 10 mins. Slice wasn't banned at that time

So the real question is how fast he got banned?
The next day my customer sent me a screenie

Telling me that I sold him stolen gold which got him into the real trouble.
I checked my account next day also (not sure when that happend) It's banned for holding "hacked gold"
So I decided to write an administrator of PKHONOR and ask him about the situation

My customer DEMANDS me to refund him. Saying that he didin't even have time to enjoy gold, everything happend in very short period of time.

So how do you want me to get banned if EVEN YOU didn't get banned on sunday? this could've meant it had nothing to do with us and more importantly nothing to do with me.

Your asking very un-straight forward questions you asked can you tell me who was the main hacker who gave me it? the staff replied: Linkinp gave u the hacked gold and that's true but i wasn't the main hacker stop causing confusion you could've simply asked: Who is the main hacker? Instead i went online on pkhonor and asked a mod myself who is the main hacker this is what i got
