    There should be a referral contest to bring in new members - for Sythe gold, mini ranks or donation rank among other things.

    Just thought I would suggest this as the site has slowed down since I joined last year.

    This would be great if we could have a points system based upon the activity of our referrals to avoid people referring inactive users.

    A system where they have to be active for a certain amount of time to be counted should prevent any cheating.

    It's easy enough to just spam some price check threads or dump around on some community general ones.

    No support until there's a reasonable way to combat people spam making accounts to boost referrals.

    Sustained activity + created by a home IP should make it hard to cheat, and anyone suspected of cheating can have their referrals looked into. I am sure the PR team will come up with a solution with the admins.
