julius94 is a ban evader.

Just calling them a ban evader doesn't make the report valid though.

I don't think Julius94 is connected to Rsps Master, but I might have some additional insight on this report. Now although they're both interested in the same RSPS (Soulplay) it wouldn't make sense that they had a correlation (not denying, but highly unlikely) as the account was created recently, and Julius94 had his account for quite some time now.

The correlations when I checked every IP on the audit that had relation to julius94 seem to be all active users that never got banned.

This is where it gets really fishy. Basically, every account ONLY actively buys / sells SS3 gold, and then goes inactive, and then another account returns that is connected to him doing the same exact thing. I'm pretty positive this user is the owner of Soulplay (aka SS3), or affiliated with the owner. The reason I say this is because he boasts about how Soulplay is the best server, and Julius is a developer on Soulplay.

Now I know this is suspicious, but he's also the owner of Eden, which is seen by the advertisements shown here, and him defending the Eden rat claims. His name is also Julius, which is the name of the owner of Eden.

If you can't see the birthday match, or he decides to edit it out, then here's a picture of it on SP (bottom left corner).

He's not a ban evader, but by continuously making all of these accounts in order to target members of his community by breaking his own rules, and attempting to to deceive people into buying / selling stock to get banned for RWT should conclude in all of these accounts receiving a ban. That's just my insight on it, but giving you guys all this information to help you out here. I would've made a separate report on this, but I think it's best off to just add it to the active report @Seraphic has here.

 

Fairly certain they are the same user. Also based on RK's evidence, though very speculative, he may be targeting and deceiving people to RWT on Soulplay and ban. If he feels that this ban was given in error, he can dispute it.

 

We'll be waiting for a case where someone is banned for RWT. Thanks though.
