How am I a scammer? :O He had 100m on the account, I only took the % we agreed on which was 20m. He went up by 100m which meant I was allowed to take 20?

@Champ i just gotta say while I see your position, it's kinda shitty making him refund that money. If the renter agreed to 20%, that's an agreement they made. It is a bit absurd, but they both agreed to it.

reread the report. The rental was split into 2 separate hours, and he clearly stated the new rule before the second hour. Here is what I sent to Champ:


The rental was essentially broken up, so you could view the second hour as a new rental, albeit already paid for. Rat changed his TOS and clearly displayed them to the client, to which the client agreed. He even stated that he was owed 20% to which the client didn't have an issue UNTIL Rat stated that he was going to take it off the top of the gold left on the account. This leads me to believe that the renter may indeed not have read the TOS (which is renter's fault. Should he have actually read it, he could have made an issue about it before he started his second hour). This also leads me to believe that he realized once Rat brought it up and hoped to get his gold back and split without paying the 20%.

TL;DR Rat stated the new TOS before the 2nd hour and the renter had the chance to decline but he agreed.

That's exactly what I'm saying and why I got into an arguement with Champ... They literally do not understand that part and kept on saying "ridiculous" as their only defense.

 

They're not wrong with the statement, but they are wrong in thinking that absolves the renter from having to carry through with what he agreed to.
Either way i hope the TWC is removed.

 

That is what I'm hoping aswell. This is SOO undeserved.

Read the skype messages again, he clearly says that he owes 20M from the first hour.
