Scammer's profile link: Boney
Explanation of the trade: Was trading 128 Btc for Rsgp and he logged off skype we re added him on a different account and told us he already had our btc and leave him alone
How they scammed: I asked for a sythe pm from the account to verify who he was, he sent me this verifying my first and last name and most of the correct convo and this was a personal pm from him. I added his sythe from clicking his topic and the add me here button.

There is no possible way that the same guy can message me with our convo and my name and sythe and it NOT be him. any acp/owner can log into my sythe account and view the messages and see that Boney confirmed this trade with me via pm.

please explain to my why "Boney" the guy i added on skype from his sythe topic messaged me privately with my conversation. He owns both of the accounts and obviously scams people. you cant fake a sythe pm.


NO possible way the "fake" guy couldof logged on "boney" sythe and private message me my full name my profile most of the convo that he edited bits and pieces out. its not possible im sorry

 

It's a common type of scam, isn't your skype 'dupac_1' not 'live:dupac_1' like shown in the confirmation pm. And the convo doesn't add up

 

the convo does add up, check my logs where i ask for private pm confirmation. he says okay check at 12:25 the private message Boney sends me is at the EXACT same time. there is no scam out that allows some one to quickly log on his sythe account private me and then log off without him knowing. not possible


he obviously owns both accounts and slipped up and is getting caught, if you cant see this you sir are about as stupid as he is sorry to be so blunt but lol come on now..

 

You started your convo with the boney imposter at 12:09am, while the imposter (live:dupac_1) added boney at 12:18am as seen in the pm. The quotes are different as well. The pm says 169.9m gold for $175 worth of btc, while the skype has it at 182m gold for $175 worth of btc

 

he obviously edited the convo before he sent it so some one like you who doesnt open his eyes can defend him. Boney would not of private messaged me randomly ON HIS REAL ACCOUNT with the convo i was having with a "fake" boney about our btc trade unless it was really him, unless the guy magically just logged on boneys account pm'd me and slide off like a ninja. How arent you grasping any of this lol? Thank god you arent a owner or mod of this site, it wouldnt of made it past a week.

This happens quite a lot I feel like Boney by now should compare the skype he is talking to with the user he is pming just by looking at their posts or he should at least send a random PM to a sythe user that the impostor has no idea about.

This is a common type of scam. I'm sorry you were scammed by the imposter but that is why it's important to check and read private messages. As others have stated that user who scammed you is not me as both the conversations don't match nor the skype usernames. Basically, they had set up that account messaging me claiming to be you and that is why I private messaged you. In my private message, it should have been clear that the "your skype" and "my skype" doesn't match and even the chat logs dont...

 

Do not post on here acting innocent, you sent me a private pm at the exact time the "fake" boney said to check that it was sent. The private message came off your REAL account. No way in hell you know whats going on with a conversation on "another" skype unless its actually you. You arent getting away with this, its obvious as you are a scammer and own both accounts.

 

You were scammed by the impostor, there's clear differences in the PM you received.

The impostor made a second skype(similar to yours) to request a pm from Boney, linked your profile, so Boney sent the message to him. If you had taken the time to read through your PM correctly, you would have noticed the difference and realised Boney was speaking to someone else because the messages don't match.

Also, I'm in the process of helping Boney take out this impostor through skype support.

 

Boney is in the wrong also then, he should of checked names before sending the message to my pm. ultimately he should be responsible for this as it has happened 4 times same EXACT way. at what point does this site step in and say "hey why arent you fixing this issue by being more secure with who you pm"



Kind of like a retail store, When the lost prevention knows his camaras are broke and refusess to fix them and the same shit gets stolen over and over. The company steps in and says hey you cant fix the problem after countless times you are fired and etc etc... i hope this makes sense bc if nothing happens to him then this site isnt fair to us buyers at all

 

You aren't getting it... so allow me to try to be more clear.

Long story short. I'm here to run a business of selling gold and have plenty of users add me all day long requesting to buy gold and it's standard for them to request a private message.

In this case, I get requested a contact request from this user: (live:dupac-1)



You can see the chat we have about them wanting to buy some gold and request a private message. Thus linking your profile:




Which after I copy both my skype + the skype I'm talking to along with all chat history and message the profile I'm linked as I have no way of telling who it is.

Now here's what happened:

• You have at some time been talking to the imposter who was talking to me at the same time on that account you can see in the pictures....
• I send the private message and none of the info matches but you proceed to trade the fake user

At that point, the scammer gets away with it because the message I sent you simply was Ignored or NOT Read which is why it's annoying because now you are out your money and now I'm stuck dealing with this issue that was simply could have been avoided if you had read the message which I clearly indicated to read...

 

Let me make it more clear for you, this is the 4th time some one has been screwed over by your imposter and ur pm's during his bullshit. You fail to secure your own payments and check who you are pming. So at what point do you get in trouble for not fixing your faulty system that you have been having trouble with and multiple ppl keep reporting?

 

I've done a number of things, for example in the pm I sent you I made sure on the first line in ALL CAPS write, "PLEASE READ ALL INFO TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT"
that should help people see they need to actually bother checking the private message...

Plus, I've set my bio/mood to Skype a while ago to "Watch out for Imposters - always request a PM - Scammers can edit the Skype name but not username so double check!"
which helps people stay alert

Along with this on just about all my threads I've got a direct "click to add skype" so there is no confusion on who is being added

Overall, I've done a number of steps to try and prevent scams from occurring but I can't exactly prevent people from choosing to simply ignore/not read a confirmation message...

Plus 4 times out of the 500+ trades I've done is 0.8% of my trades that had problems and that is unfortunate but not exactly an outrageous figure.

 

i give you made props for the thought and effort you put into scamming people out of their hard earned money. I hope that 130 Btc you got from me buys you cancer and a noose. I dont believe a ounce of what you said and karma is a bitch. I am over it and going to bed ill chuck it as a lost and just bounce back even harder.

 

its not about the amount of money i lost, money is just an object and is always replaceable. Its the principle of what has happened that is setting me over the edge.
