exit point account recovery

My account exit point
Whenever I try to log in It either says invalid password, or that it's been banned. But the thing is i've already cleared the ban situation..

I'm assuming you're trying to log into exit_point, not exit point as the ladder is currently unbanned. If that's the case, I've unbanned the first account.

 

I can't log in to my account exit point
I've tried different passwords, even tried having the password reset, but I get no email to reset the password, I'm thinking when my account was hijacked they changed the email on it. anyway I can get the email reset to one of mine?

OK so we can't find anything to support you not having a same-state match on your audit at the very least. You're not sure how this is possible and we don't either. Is there anything else you can provide us with to prove you are owner of the account?
