    Eggs really are a super food if you want more energy and to build more muscle. Eat them any way you like: boiled, fried (in butter or extra virgin olive oil), baked or poached. Just make sure your yoke is at least a little runny!

    You won't find any other source of *all* essential amino acids that is anywhere near this bio-available. The yoke of an egg is a fat emulsion so your amnio acids are being delivered via liposomes. It's such an incredibly bio-available form that a single celled chicken embryo can absorb it through its cell membrane.

    Don't worry about cholesterol. 75% of heart attack patients have below average cholesterol in the USA. Most heart attack patients' cholesterol levels did not indicate cardiac risk. The diet-heart hypothesis is basically dead in the water now. Even mainstream medicine is moving rapidly to the inflammation hypothesis.

    Eat your eggs. Eat a dozen a day if you want to build your strength.

    This is interesting for people that suffer with cholesterol issues, thyroid conditions or general heart related medical problems. I think the way in which egg can become an issue is when it is fried and not in butter or virgin oliveoil.

    Anywho I prefer my egg not runny at all or atleast cooked through so I guess this wont help me. But still nice to acknowledge it may not actually effect the heart/cholesterol if eaten in healthy ways.

    Saturated fat does not cause heart disease. This is a pernicious myth. Numerous recent meta studies like this one have failed to find any statistically significant link. The myth comes from experiments in which rabbits (whom are herbivores) were fed cholesterol rich foods and developed lesions in their arteries. Probably it is not a shock to many that if you feed herbivores meat fat they get sick. Likewise if you feed carnivores vegetables they also get sick.

    Cholesterol is incredibly essential for life. Every cell in your body is wrapped in it and it is so important for your survival that the body has dozens of independent proteins for its production by the liver and movement around the body. Reducing cholesterol intake from food causes the liver to produce more to balance your levels so you can continue living.

    sry the majority of dairy products are produced by second-hand government companies who pump hormones into animals. haven't done a lot of research but seems shady
