Hello again, Swagura. For this order, you have two tickets open: #35139 and #38126. Both tickets are still open.

#35139: This is where you sent the screenshots. This has never been closed and is still open with us. I will escalate this one to our team and once they're able to verify that the screenshots are enough for a refund, then it will be processed. Otherwise, they might have to ask for other information.

#38126: This is a duplicate ticket where you asked for a follow up. For follow ups, you can post/email on the same ticket thread (in this case, ticket #35139). In fact, that would be much better because creating another ticket divides the attention of our agents. I will merge this one to #35139 so you can better track your case.

I will escalate ticket 35139 to the team so they can take care of it.

@Swagura: Seems you created both tickets using different emails. Kindly use the email address registered to your PlayerAuctions account instead as per our policy. This helps us both in tracking our tickets better. I won't be able to merge the two so just focus on ticket #35319 as the screenshots are there and not on the other ticket.

 

Hello. My PA nickname PunkU2. I have a big problem. Yesterday my order (Order #: 3141482) received Failed Payment, my goods were removed, and now I can't sell it. When I do Create New For Sale Offer get this message -
You have reached the maximum number of item offers in your selected market. Sellers can only create one item offer in one market. Please modify or close your existing item offer in this market, or select another market to continue.
But I have no active, reserved or hidden offers this is a bug. Fix please.

Я торгую на ПА более двух лет. Иногда случалось так, что я не мог продать час или два, но прошло уже 30 часов, я все еще не могу продать свои шары. Я не получил ответа от поддержки PA. Отсутствие чата - это катастрофа.

As for your failed order, the reason for that is because the order failed our team's fraud security check. This is due to suspicious information regarding your account and/or order details. For security reasons, sorry but I won't be able able to divulge more information about that. I advise you to check on the previous order and see to it that you prevent from your end whatever may have caused that cancellation.

Hello. All tabs in Manage Offers empty. This is a bug, cancel this offer, please. I didn't do or anything unusual, I just sell my currency, I have ~1000 transactions and a 99.5% positive feedback. Such bugs have been found earlier, but they can be quickly resolved through tech support chat

I was scammed by someone off of Playerauctions, and it isn't necesarilly an account I really care about, however I was wondering what are the consequences to the one who recovered the account from playeruactions? Can they sue you? Or legally charge you?

The one who reclaimed? No, they can't because it's unlikely they will knowing that they went against our policy. What we can do is freeze his/her payments from other orders and have him sort out the issue with the buyer for that order. Until the issue is sorted out, we will hold on to his/her payments.

Disappointed in PA. @PlayerAuctions was very polite and fast to respond, so I'm thankful we have the opportunity to communicate with them and have no bad things to say about that.

However, there's a fundamental issue with the website where sellers are free to sell cracked accounts. As buyers, we are greatly put at risk for the original owners recovering their accounts. Having the burden of proof placed on buyers is unfortunate given the fact any sort of evidence is beyond our scope as secondary owners of the accounts.

I've purchased maybe 20+ LoL accounts and have had several reclaimed without any sort of recourse available. I like their user interface and convenience, but I think I'll be avoiding any further purchases until changes to their policies.

 

Hi. I cancelled the order #3133353 after five days due to no verification after my Litecoin payment through GoCoin. After five more business days, I still have not received my Litecoin back in my wallet. I have sent GoCoin numerous messages about this, but no one is manning their phones or responding to my e-mails / posts on their support sites.

EDIT: After all this time, they have issued me a partial refund. Still waiting on the rest.
