these guys do it all the time, they just say a rate but send way less and use the excuse of "bitcoin is higher here" i think it's in general terms that you use something in the middle for example a site like preev or just blockchain/coinbase as thats the most common wallet

They weasel out of it everytime with that shit "chinese bitcoin" good example of this is won gold, but when u tell him to dont fuck with u he can send the right fee right away.
