Can't describe how thankful I am. Replied to me on skype within minutes and talked to me respectfully even though I was thought to be a ban evader. Verified all information and quickly unbanned me.

Charlotte has always helped me at short notice and has been extremely fair and understanding in all cases shes helped me handle. I cannot recommend her enough. A+++ Thank you Charlotte.

 

Super super friendly and incredibly competent. Really takes the time to look into reports etc and make sure nothing is missing or an incorrect decision is made. Also very quick to get things sorted. Hopefully get the chance to speak a little bit more at some point as, from what I've seen so far, you're a lovely person!

Although I didn't end up using your MM services after all, when I added you on Skype and talked about a misc. deal you didn't cover, you were very polite and easy to talk to about it and you even agreed to do it! Would've liked you to MM but when you were free, I didn't need one anymore. Thanks anyways though, keep it up. I like your whole free MM motto as well, you'll surely prevent a lot of sketchy deals.

 

Charlotte has been such a big help to me since I have became moderator. I have annoyed her with many many questions and she continues to help me day in and day out. I couldn't ask for a better mentor on reports, thank you so much for everything!

Doing a great job, does a lot of work and puts in a lot of time without any fuss and is always on hand to help. The kind of staff member other staff should aim to be like.
