they dont pay on saturday or sunday, marketing or finance department wont reply to you here or to your emails until monday.

To the people freaking out, yes they screwed up and paid people twice using data from the day prior. They already are known for taking a while to respond to support tickets (think of how many people use PA vs the limited staff they have). Due to this issue I have to assume the additional flood of support tickets was insane. This would be the first time they have made a mistake this big (regarding payments) since I have used them in 2006.






My normal disbursements continued the following day. As always they don't do them on weekends. I likely got a response to my support ticket simply because I was probably among the first support tickets early in the morning when it started. As for people with unrelated issues to the duplicate payment/dispute problem, refer to the FAQ/Help section as you shouldn't expect to be paid soon after an order if you are a new seller or not a power seller, it would be days after. If having an issue simply email [email protected] and they will eventually respond. Don't expect a meaningful response or resolution specific to your PA account anywhere other than their support section.

 

still have the following issue though:
2 orders, the buyers for powerleveling orders didnt confirm within 3 days and the status says:
Disbursement Status: Order closed unsuccessfully - buyer fully refunded

Seems orders from Aug 13 and up to the date of the duplicate issue show as refunded if not confirmed as complete by buyers. Confirmed on Power leveling & accounts, probably also the case for any other order type. This was probably automated and likely due to a database crash. Email [email protected] and wait on a response, expect days.

Hello everyone.

I bought 40m OSRS gold from playerauctions yesterday with Bitcoin.



It's been stuck on Verifying Payment for over 15 hours now. I've opened 3 tickets so far but no help.

This is the only reply I get:

Did I get scammed by Playeruactions because I paid with bitcoin or whats the issue with them for not processing my order even after getting payment? Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Hi I purchased 80m osrs gp with PA I submitted all my info to PA and i have submitted a few tickets and no response it is stuck on "verifying payment" what is the best way to contact PA
this is my first purchase with them and im not to impressed

 

Check your email, they've probably sent you something to fill in to verify its you

 

I have sent it , they have not replied back to me for a day or two

 

I was told this from Playerauctions:



Meanwhile GoCoin says that the transaction is complete. If I cancel my PlayerAuctions order like the support agent above says, I'll never see my money.

GoCoin is not gonna refund me anything because they have already passed it over to PlayerAuctions and if I cancel my order on PlayerAuctions after the payment, they won't refund either.

PlayerAuctions has my money, either their system doesen't show it or they pretend to not know about it. Are they blatantly scamming users from normal orders again? Please respond @PlayerAuctions

 

In the end, he told me to cancel and asked for my Bitcoin address.

^ I wouldn't worry about it, they refunded me $1k+ BTC before in a similar situation.

 

man i sold overwatch account for 19$ and because they sent me 16$ on mistake on other purchase they ***** up and sent me only 2$ after they asked me to refund the 16$ they sent by mistake and they took my 17$ left this website suck

 

all i did was waiting for nothing and at last i got only 2$ these people only asks you to wait for nothing and then steal you

Proof from GoCoin support that PlayerAuctions has received my money. I still haven't got any refund as promised by their support from PlayerAuctions. I'll update as things happen.
