Not receiving my reset password E-mail

I forgot my password so I've tried resetting it 4 times on 2 different occasions to which I did not receive a recovery e-mail.

I've checked my junk and my 'promotion' and 'social tab', too.

Post with the same IP and your new desired password and I'll change it for you

 

Also let's try a new gmail to place on the account

 

I can't reply to you on my last post as I can't log in, create a new account, or reply as guest.

I don't know why my IP changed, but for some reason it has and I'm not sure how to change it back. Also, I want to keep my original g-mail as my sythe account.

Changing both of the above is quite hasseling for me. Could you reset my password without me needing to do these things?

Perhaps drop your e-mail below and I'll e-mail you what I want it to be changed to.

I am happy to send proof of my identity if you need it.

Your IP is fine, and unfortunately you'll have to create a new email because there seems to be an issue with yours and our system.

Also, post the new desired password in a dispute, I'll keep it hidden don't worry
