[Resolved]

1. Gave Matthew Gillingham (owner of Arcusgold) an Amazon Gift card code on via Skype chat logs since website live chat is down. This is already sketchy because their website rules discourages Skype trading. Anyway, another sketch point is asking for Amazon e-gift card payment instead of accepting Paypal, but apparently he deems me “untrustable” for Paypal.

2. He redeemed the code and somehow, someway, claims it wasn't received.

3. Blackmails me in the process saying I have to pay 600 USD more (1140 USD) to receive a total of 8B. Original order was 540 for 3B. See how he deliberately lowered the price at 0.14/m for the next 5b for only 600 USD to entice me to buy into the scam?

4. Blackmail rationale came from "company rules" that says minimum sale is 5b and not 3b if selling via Amazon. Hence I had to pay 600 use more to receive my original order and the extra 5b. How could he, as the owner, not know that BEFORE dealing? That’s bullshit.

5. I then asked for refund of the gift card and he won't explicitly claim he will deliver the refunds, but only saying sarcastically that 1140 is nothing to him anyway.

Deal with this guy, it doesn't matter if he's been reputable, he's also had reports against him for scamming from 2013-2017 and clearly he's the type that will try to get away with things if he could.

It doesn’t matter if he’s a $2500 donor per month. He saw an opportunity and tried to take it. Please give this guy a TWC until resolved.

@gold for 2014 I went through all of the evidence and confirmed you were indeed scammed by an imposter.
The email confirmation you received from "arcus" wasn't actually arcus as I have confirmed this was a spoofed email (fake email). I will not go in to details as to how this is possible for obvious reasons.
Sorry for your loss, in the future please do make sure to double check the skype ID and do not use emails as a confirmation method!
