His real skype is 'get_off_my_Pc' not 'live:get_off_my_Pc_1 seems like you were talking to an imposter. Though the quality of the confirmation pm is concerning

 

He pmed me directly on sythe, I just confirmed thats his skype because when I went to re-add the skype in his signature; thats the one that I pictured.

 

Plus he can change his Skype to something new everytime he scams.

 

You were scammed by an imposter. Unless you have proof the skype username "live:get_off_my_Pc_1" belongs to him (which the PM doesn't proof) there's nothing else I can do except for adding a TWC to @itsrunescape his account for sending a terrible PM. He's able to dispute this TWC next month (September 19th) if he can proof his PM's have improved.
