Not exactly a fun purchase but since I started using this recently I breathe so much easier and have a lot more energy. Since I live in quite an old house it can get real dusty and I used to run 2-3 miles every day to cough up some real unpleasant phlegm. It's only been about 2 weeks I think since I bought it, my runs are now for enjoyment instead of having to clear my sinuses and my cat always sleeps in my room now which I can't complain about.
